A:Maybe John has got in Dutch with the girl, in one way or another.
A:八成约翰什么地方得罪那个姑娘了。
B:I asked John about that, but he can't remember doing anything wrong.
B：我问约翰了，他也想不出来是怎么回事。
A:There must be other reasons, I think. But John needs to read her like a book before he could possibly puts his fingers on why she is had to him.
