近日，国家广电总局电影局向中国电影发行放映协会、中国电影制片人协会发出《关于进一步规范电影市场票务管理的指导意见》（征求意见稿，下称《意见》），对影院制定的会员票、团体票等优惠票设定下限：不能低于七折。

在报道中，discounted film ticket指的就是“优惠票”。 discounted在这里的意思是“打折的”，例如：discounted price（折扣价）。discounted的原形是discount，意思是“打折”，例如：That store discounts all its slow-selling goods.（那家商店削价出售所有滞销货。）discount还可以表示“不全相信、怀疑地看待”，例如：You must discount much of what he says.（他说的好些话,你必须打个折扣听。）再如：In his plans he discounted the expense. （他在计划中没有考虑费用。）在这个句子中，discount表示的是“低估、贬损”。
