Prefixes（词语的前缀）

　　English is a very flexible language and you can build on your vocabulary to make new words. One way of doing this is to add prefixes (such as dis-, pre- or co-) before the word.

　　Here's a list of common prefixes with their meanings and some examples.

　　anti against 反对 anticlockwise, anti-sunburn

　　auto self 自己的 antobiography, automobile

　　co with 共同、一起 cooperate, coordinate

　　contra against 反，防止 contradict, contravene

　　de remove 除去，脱离 deregulate, deselect

　　dis not 中断、消除 disappear, disconnect

　　il not 否定，相反 illegal, illogical

　　inter between 相互，在……之间 international, interchange

　　mis badly / wrongly 错，误 misinform, misbahave, misunderstand

　　multi many 许多 multinational, multilingual

　　non opposite 不，非，无 non-profit, non-finite

　　out more than 超过 outperform, outdo

　　over too much 过多，过剩 oversleep, overwork
