英语新闻词汇：（482）＂录播＂用英语怎么说?

　　东方卫视昨晚结束的《中国达人秀》总决赛中，除了比赛过程一波三折引人关注之外，节目播出的同时，也掀起了一股讨论的风潮，其矛头直指节目究竟是“直播”还是“录播”。有观众指出，电视上所谓“直播”的比赛画面并非“八万人”的比赛现场，而是前一天录制好的“彩排”。对此，节目总导演称：“确实如观众所说，但是这是一种创新模式，不影响结果的公正。”

　　小编：昨天看到消息说现场有不少人嚷着要退票，难道这阵子流行退票么囧。其实这些都是浮云啦浮云啦。我们知道“直播”会用到单词“live”，那么“录播”的英语是什么呢？

　　我们来看这句话：

　　American radio-network broadcasters habitually forbade prerecorded broadcasts in the 1930s and 1940s requiring radio programs played for the Eastern and Central time zones to be repeated three hours later for the Pacific time zone.

　　从中我们看到，“录播”的英语就是“prerecorded broadcast”了。“pre-”放大很多动词前面表示的就是“在……前；先于”的意思，类似的还有“prefabricate”，“premature”等。

　　而这种号称是直播，实则是录播的情况（比如这次的达人秀总决赛……），英语中也给了一个说法，那就是“recorded live”了（好形象的说法啊~）。

　　Many events are advertised as being live, although they are often "recorded live" (sometimes called "live-to-tape"). This is particularly true of performances of musical artists on radio when they visit for an in-studio concert performance.
