　　拆迁，一个词中蕴含着无数悲欢记忆。今年一部阿凡达，将拆迁引向了外星球，也创造出了史上最强悍的钉子户。那么“钉子户”英语应该怎么表达呢？

　　许多与这种（拆迁）事件有关的建筑都被标为“违规建筑”，而那些拒绝搬迁的住户则被称为“钉子户”。

　　在上面的报道中，nail household就是“钉子户”。钉子户指的是那些在城市建设征用土地时，讨价还价，不肯迁走的住户。近几年钉子户在forced relocation（暴力拆迁）中发生的悲剧时常见诸报端。许多钉子户之所以不愿搬迁，多是因为对relocation compensation（拆迁补偿）不满。因此，建立健全relocation compensation scheme（拆迁补偿机制）十分重要。
