讲解：

 

该习语源自《圣经》。根据《圣经》记载，犹太教教派之一的法利赛人严于律已，笃信教义。有人把植物的芒刺扎在自己的长袍滚边，行走时，那些刺儿会扎破皮肉，常弄得袍子口血迹斑斑。后来，这条成语常被人喻指“不断使人苦恼的事，眼中钉，肉中刺”。
