　　1. Get on the hook 上钩，自投罗网

　　He got on the hook because of his greed.

　　他因为贪婪而自投罗网。

　　疯狂联想：自己挂到了钩上，即自投罗网。
 

　　2. Get sth. off one's chest 发泄（情绪，不快）

　　I always feel much better after I get something miscrable off my chest.

　　每次我把胸中的不快发泄出来以后，心情都会好很多。
