　　1. Couch potato 电视迷

　　Don't be such a couch potato, or your eyes will hurt.

　　别整天盯着电视，否则你的眼睛要被弄坏。

　　疯狂联想：想象一个大胖子，身体陷在沙发里，手拿炸薯条，盯着电视。
 

　　2. Cough up （不情愿地）付钱

　　My Dad had to cough up 5500 for the MP4 after I asked him for that every day.

　　我每天缠着老爸给我买个MP4，最后老爸只好花500美元买了一个。

　　疯狂联想：让某人付钱像咳嗽一样难受，可见这钱付得可不乐意。
