英语新闻词汇：“抵押补充贷款”的英文

　　传央行近期又针对特定银行进行了PSL(抵押补充贷款)操作。消息未获央行确认，但此前市场普遍预期央行将增加今年抵押补充贷款工具规模。

　　作为一个能为基础设施建设和棚户区改造提供直接有效资金支持的工具，抵押补充贷款在今年第二季度有望扩大规模。

　　PSL即抵押补充贷款，是指一种以抵押为方式的新型补充贷款工具（a new type of supplementary lending instrument backed by collateral），能为市场增加流动性（inject liquidity into the market）。合格抵押品（collateral）可能包括高信用评级的债券类资产（bond assets）及优质信贷资产（credit assets）等。

　　2014年，国家开发银行从央行获得3年期的1万亿元PSL，将用于支持棚户区改造（reconstruction of shanty towns）、保障房安居工程（affordable housing projects）及三农和小微经济发展。
